How To Do It?

  1. Grab a pair of heavy loads. If you don’t have dumbbells nor kettlebells, then all you need to do is to find a pair of suitcases, fill them with water bottles and that’s it. I’m 85kg heavy, so I always grab something around 40kg/each hand.
  2. Once you have found your loads to carry, then you need to start from the ground and impulse yourself up with the force of your legs and just walk.
  3. You will have to walk for around 20-25 seconds and then rest for 1 full minute. You will have to do this 5-7 times.
  4. You can do this simple workout 5-7 times a week. It doesn’t require a lot of time as you can see, and the gains you will get thanks to it are supreme.

You will not only gain strength thanks to the farmer walk, but you will also lose more fat and build more muscle.
